1 Acceptance of Terms

When you access, register on, or use the CCZZ platform at cczz.courses, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to follow them. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and CCZZ. Please review them carefully before continuing to use the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the CCZZ platform immediately. Continuing to access or use the platform after we post changes to these terms means you accept the updated version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Before you can create an account and use CCZZ, you must satisfy each of these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. CCZZ is only for players aged 21 and above, so please do not register if you are younger than 21.

4 Deposits and Payment Transactions

CCZZ accepts deposits through the payment options shown in your account, including bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

For supported online payment channels, your deposit is usually credited to your CCZZ account immediately under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer, depending on how quickly your bank processes the transaction.

• Only use payment methods that are under your own name when adding funds to your account.
• CCZZ will not accept deposits made by someone else for your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are paid back to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Verified accounts normally have no maximum withdrawal limit, although larger withdrawals may still require additional verification.

Before your first withdrawal, CCZZ may ask you to complete identity verification. This usually means submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours on business days.

• Withdrawals to supported e-wallets are often processed within minutes once your request is approved.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until you have fully met the wagering requirements attached to the bonus.
• CCZZ may delay or hold a withdrawal while an investigation is ongoing if fraud or a breach of the terms is suspected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered under your own name.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

CCZZ may offer different bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms announced when the offer is made, along with these general terms.

Unless stated otherwise, the general bonus conditions below apply to all CCZZ bonuses.

• Make sure to claim your bonus within the period stated in the promotion. Once a bonus expires, it cannot be restored.

7 Gameplay Rules

Every game on CCZZ uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Once the system confirms a result, it is final. CCZZ will never alter a game outcome after the fact under any circumstances.

If a game round encounters a technical issue, like a disconnection or server error, CCZZ will try to settle the round based on the game state at the time of the failure. If the round cannot be settled, your bet will be returned to your account balance.

The items below are strictly not allowed on CCZZ. Committing any of them will lead to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Teaming up with other players to cheat in any game, especially live dealer games or poker.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Submitting false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or opening dishonest payment disputes.
• Accessing CCZZ from a location where online gambling is prohibited.

CCZZ may suspend or permanently close an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Failure to comply with any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Not completing the identity verification process within a reasonable period.
• Inactivity for more than 12 months, which falls under the dormant account policy.

If an account is closed because of a breach of these terms, CCZZ may hold the remaining balance while an investigation is ongoing. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited.
